We call on governments and civil society to honour and protect the dignity and humanity of all migrants, ensuring their full enjoyment of rights and participation in society. Undocumented people are not “exceptions”—we are human beings whose rights are intrinsic and inviolable.
Let us be clear: exclusionary border controls and punitive migration policies stand in conflict with the commitment to uphold human rights.
No more symbolic gestures.
End State violence against our communities: no more raids and forced removals.
Regularise undocumented people.
It’s time for real, unconditional rights for ALL.
